Mark Kirsch LLC will donate 20% of the gross proceeds from the Time Reclamation Program to eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofits: 10% to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Mercer County and 10% to a nonprofit selected by the client company.

The donations will be made directly by Mark Kirsch LLC to the nonprofits. No individual will receive a referral fee or personal financial benefit. The client-selected nonprofit must be an eligible 501(c)(3) organization, and the selection and any related participation are subject to the client company's policies and approval. If the client company has a charitable matching program, it may have the opportunity to match the donation and increase its impact. If the client company chooses not to select a nonprofit, the full 20% will be donated to Mark Kirsch LLC's selected nonprofit.
