I have more than 40 years of experience in the corporate world as a technologist with over 30 years helping professionals and organizations take back control of their time. My practical, no-nonsense approach has been delivered to thousands of employees and consultants, while working at major financial institutions.
I have taught variations of this material in person, over Zoom and via videos to thousands of individuals. The material has consistently received positive feedback from participants across different roles and levels of experience. I have a BS in Computer Science from Rutgers University and an MS in Computer Science from New York University.
My corporate career included 25 years at Goldman Sachs, 9 years at JPMorgan Chase, and 3 years at Citi, where I retired as a Director of Technology in August 2026.
Throughout my career, I worked across development, analysis, design, product management, testing, support, infrastructure, and performance engineering.

for analyzing Errors and Warnings in Logs.

Now that I am retired from the corporate world, I want to share what I've learned and help professionals, teams, and organizations use their time more effectively.
